This bear was made entirely from soft plastics we had at collected at home, no new materials were used and no waste was generated. It was made by cutting and sticking the soft plastics together and using cardboard as the buttons. There are so many soft plastics in our world these days! Although I don’t buy a lot of processed or packaged food, there is still a lot of soft plastic used to package food like bread, fruit and recyclables. This is what the bear is made from. This bear represents about four weeks worth of food packaging, for our family of three. Amazing!
