This began as a sculpture of a dachshund sitting on its hind legs holding a rain gauge but I changed my mind and decided to make him hold a bunch of flowers instead. He has the look of guilt thus holding out a bunch of flowers to say sorry. The sculpture used scrap metal from my huge stash – pipe, horseshoes, hammer head, long rusty screws, nuts, wire and other little bits and pieces.
